To which network is xFi connected?

To which network is xFi connected?

I have several home network connections with different names, both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. All of them run through three different Apple connections to the main router connection with my Comcast outside line. Some of my computers are in unusual locations; that is why I put one of the pods nearby, but I do not know which network the pod is catching.

How can I tell which of my networks my xFi pods are conntected to?

Can you see your devices here?

I am using one SSID for all my devices, both 2.4 and 5.0

Re: To which network is xFi connected?

I see all the electronic devices connected to my home wifi (Echo, laptop, Mac, television, etc.) but I do not see any of the xFi pods, unless they have funny names. Even then, there are only two, not three.

For example, this Macbook Pro I am using to post this reply sits a couple of feet from a pod and it is one room away from one of my Apple Time Machine Internet connections. The laptop says it is connected to one of them, but I cannot tell if it is through one of my xFi pods or directly to the TIme Machine.

You should be able to tell based on the SSID.  Here is where you can check your gateway's SSID:

Re: To which network is xFi connected?

Greetings, denalidadd! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on the forums. I hope you are having an amazing day. I apologize for the confusion on how the xfi pods are connecting your devices. For more information on how these connections please see the following link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfi-pods-faqs. However, you should be able to see what's connected through the xfi app. Also, have you had these pods connected 7 days? It can't take up to 7 days for the pods to analyze your network and allow your devices to connect.
