Switched to XFi and now my amazon echo won't connect?

Hi. I've recently switched from a netgear router to the new XFi using the comcast router. All of my devices are connecting (tablets, phones, computers, Google Home mini) except for our 1st generation Echo. I've followed the instructions for set up multiple times, even reset the Echo completely. I've gone through the Amazon forum as well. This is really frustrating. Any ideas?

If your wireless networks are combined, try splitting them up

What does that mean? I just have the one network.

You actually have 2 networks, 2.4 and 5. If you see one network, that means the 2 are combined. Download/use the Xfinity MyAccount app or Xfi app to edit and split them up and see if that works for you
