Smart Tv connecting to Gateway network

Trying to connect smart TV to internet but the network settings say the internet is turned off. Did all the basic restarts on both the router and tv, tried entering passwords manually but no progress. Internet not functioning well on computers either. Anyone know how I can resolve this issue?

I connect all my TV's by using the TV's setup; for an ethernet connection I just plug it into the TV.

 

For a wifi TV, I use the TV's setup to search for my wifi SSID.
