Settings Currently Unavailable

I setup my new Xfi modem from you guys and the internet is working, but when I go back into the app I keep recieving the "Settings Currently Unavailable" screen. My options are "Activate a New Gateway(Which I already did) or a Sign Out button. Tried both nothing fixes the issue.

It sounds like you are not using the correct logon credentials.  Look here:

Welcome to the Xfinity Forum. I apologize for the experience you're having. Were you able to able to gain access back to the xFi app? If not I can complete some troubleshooting on the backend of your account to make sure your new modem is associated with your login credentials.
