Random Disconnect

Hello! I have Xfinity xfi with 400MBPS I ran Ethernet on Xfinity but I notice that when I play any online games I keep getting random disconnection. I will be on Skype calls with my friends and it wouldn't drop it's mostly on online games that I have a problem with. My old connection before was very stable and never had a disconnection once, but the speed I had with the old company was horrible. I have tried restarting the modem and router and nothing has worked. Someone told me to post Downstream and Upstream on here for some clue can anyone help me with the codes that I have?
