I am unable to use the xFi web page and app's Port Fowarding Settings. I keep getting the "Please Try Again" error. I've read the many recent posts about troubleshooting this issue, but with no success. I will get another tech out here for the umpteenth time this month. I have never had a problem with Port Fowarding before. I mean Port Forwarding is something so simple I don't understand the need to completely remove the ability to modify ports through the modem gateway.
I was having this issue, but see the forum post here which did work for me: xFi Port Forwarding Troubleshooting... I basically just edited the DHCP scope and did not actually make a change, I just hit apply, it warned me that my existing Port Forwarding would be reset, which was fine with me... once I accepted that, I could then successfully add and make changes to port forwarding rules again
