Pods

My pods have been offline since 03/20.  Have had a tech out, replaced the pods and gateway and they still have not been able to connect. Has anyone been able to correct this type of situation?

8 have the same issue They just suddenly stopped connecting. It's obviously and internal Xfinity issue they won't admit to

I finally got someone in support that did some checking and asked me to try to connect the pods, and a miracle happened.  I got them all connected and they are working great again. 

 

Go figure!
