Purchased these on a suggestion from Comcast. Worked for a week went offline, called spoke with an agent, then another, no solution, opened a ticket. Still nothing. This service is not cheap. Very upsetting. Now they tell me 48-72 hours for a call back???. But I'm still paying the bill.
