Pods not connecting

Pods not connecting

Anyone know how to reconnect pods. I had a power outage this week and all my pods went offline. Support asked me to remove them and then try to re-add them but the app doesn’t see them. All the lights do is constantly blink. I was told yesterday that some super tech would call me back in 24 hours but nothing. Anyone know how to fix these things?

Miked215 -- Thanks for reaching out -- happy to help look into the issue with the Pods.  When I pull up your account, I see two Pods are online.  Was wondering if you could provide any additional detail regarding steps you've taken since your original post.  Also wondering if the third Pod is plugged in currently?
