Pods don't show activity or connected devices

Pods don't show activity or connected devices

Moved into our new home with the modem at one end, so I chained 3 pods away from it to the other end of the house including going downstairs. They connected just fine and it's undeniable that they're working because I'm getting great speeds at the far end of the house vs. pitiful service before.

My question is confirming what I believe is a bug in the Xfinity network analysis software that we all access from the app or web.  All three pods show that they are online and connected.  But all three say, "There are no devices connected to Pod right now". And they never do. And if I look at devices that are connected to the nework, they all say that their connection point is to "Wireless Gateway".

Bug? It'd be nice to see what's really connected where.

Hi @ComcastJoeTru  - I have this same problem, and would appreciate your help.  I went to your profile page to send you a PM, but don't see the link to "Send a Message" - can you please confirm?  Thanks!

Thanks @RobertWy  - unfortunately I don't see that link on @ComcastJoeTru's profile page (see snip attached).  I'll try to send as a Private Message from the Mail icon above.  Thanks for the help!

Thanks @ComcastJessie  - I believe I am logged in; I'm able to post, and I can also see the "Send Private Message" on other profiles (like yours), just not @ComcastJoeTru 's.  No worries - I've sent a PM via the Mail icon.

Any thoughts on my issue with the xFi Pods not listing any connected devices?  Thanks!Annotation 2019-06-11 100455.jpg
