Hello AustinEllison. Thank you for joining the Xfinity Forums and for creating your first post. I can assist with further troubleshooting your internet speed issues. Can you confirm if you are experiencing slow internet speeds when connecting to in home WiFi or when connecting hardwired via ethernet?

AustinEllison, Are you using ethernet connected directly to your modem or are you connecting to a separate router? Can you also tell us what kinds of troubleshooting steps you have already taken such as rebooting any devices or replacing any cables?

AustinEllison, as I have not heard back from you in some time, I have closed this thread to further comments. I hope you were able to do some troubleshooting and reach the speeds you are paying for, but if you still need assistance, please feel free to start a new thread.
