I am having the same issue. The app shows devices are paused or in bedtime mode, but all devices are actually still connected. A LOT of money was spent advertising this great feature and it has brought Comcast a large number of new accounts. I switched to xfinity because of this perk, and after scrolling around the forums it's obvious that this has been an issue for months. I'm terribly disappointed that there has been no resolution, because now I feel duped. Comcast needs to get this fixed ASAP before customers start to get angry and bad mouthing the company. We were hooked by your ads and now you must honor what you advertised, and provide us with a solution.
