Hi smeeky, would you be able to provide some more details around what happens when you pause a device in xFi?
Do you receive an error when trying to pause a device?
Sure, I am using the android app to pause access as well as having bed times set. Neither appears to be working. I tried to solve the problem by removing the devices in question (one desktop Windows PC and one Amazon fire) and re-adding them to person's profile. The app shows the devices are paused but in actuality the user still has Wifi access. The devices are only connected to my home network--the Xfinity Wifi is turned off on my gateway and there not any other open wifi around me.
If there is any other info you require please let me know.
