Pause not working - I have screenshots showing paused devices & devices running at the same time. ?
I have been working with Level 1 & 2 support for since last summer. When I discovered that "Pause" was not working I thought that I had found the reason for my increased data usage. I shared this info thinking it was important (was given an email address on 2 occasions. I never got an explanation was just told that I should upgrade to unlimited data. I am dissatisfied with that as I have been slapped with overage fees.
