Not finding any devices

Please help. Just downloaded xFi app. Can create profiles but no devices are being found. It has been an hour or more of saying it is loading devices.

What happens when you log into the website?

It says and does the same thing. We are loading new devices this may take a few minutes. Hours later, still the same.

I located your account by using the email address you have registered with the Forums and completed some troubleshooting on my end just now. Can you please let me know if there have been any changes yet?

 

If not, I will need to reach out to the Advanced Techs.

Thank you! It found our devices. Now I just have to figure out whose is whose. Is there any easy way do do that when we all have apple?

Glad that worked. Try the following steps for me.

  1. On the list of connected devices, click on a device, 
  2. Scroll down to device details,
  3. Confirm the "Hostname",  

The hostname should display the name of the Apple devices that are connected to the network.
