No network activity

I just installed a new gateway router and the xFi app. I’m able to connect with multiple devices, however the app does not show any network activity for the respective devices. I’ve reset the device numerous times and reinstalled the app to no avail. Please advise on how to resolve this.

Give it a day or two; mine stopped showing activity and came back a few days later.

I am not a Comcast Employee.
I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.
