I GET RANDOM POP-UPS OF MICROPHONE ASKING FOR DIRECTIONS. IT IS NOT THE REGULAR XFINITY

What I get is a bluish microphone  on bottom- center of the screen with message saying they did not receive an input and to try again

Hi @jerry25 which experience are you seeing this in? Is it on the website, or on one of the apps? If it's the app, is it the Xfinity My Account App or the xFi App?
