Issues with xFi blocking access

I am having issues with xFi blocking access.  For example when I use my Alexa device, I ask it to play news Breifings.  instead it says it can't access and to try later, I then get a notification from xFi  thats says the following

     Threat Blocked7:19pm

     xFi Advanced Security blocked a potential threat on Archer C5. No action is needed.

 

 

When I try to access Amazon Prime video using microsoft edge (does not matter what PC or phone) I get an error saying it can not access the page.  I hit refresh and then it will display the page.  I then get a notification from xFi that states:

       Threat Blocked 1:00pm
        xFi Advanced Security blocked a potential threat on  Archer C5. No action is needed.
         See Threat

When I click the link to see threat I get a notice that I need to pay  $$ to upgrade to see the threat that it block.

 

How do I get xFi to stop blocking legit sites and services?  How do I get xFi to allow Alexa and other services  and computer do be able to work properly where xFi does not block things that it should not.

Amen Zac.  I hope I was able to disable xFi.

Zac9 - Thank you for reaching out.  We apologize for the frustration.  I shared this with engineering to look into the issue and you should no longer be seeing these notifications.  Please let me know if you continue to experience this issue.
