Hello Trae_Ashleigh. I can assist with troubleshooting your xFi network issue. It sounds like there may be an error in your network communication. Have you tried to reboot your Wireless Gateway and retest?
I've rebooted my modem several times now. Even when my iPad is obviously connected to my wifi, and I am utilizing the xfi app, the app indicates that my iPad is inactive and not connected to my Wireless Gateway. The app does this whether I utilize it on my iPad or my iPhone or both concurrently. The xfi app I use was created solely for the iPhone, not for the iPad. However, this same app does download to the iPad and functions - somewhat - for the iPad. Still, this doesn't seem to be the reason the iPad - when connected to wifi and utilizing the app - can't be detected as active and connected to the Wireless Gateway.
