I can't see any connected devices

I'm trying to hook up my devices to the app. I just got gigabit service. It says no connected devices. But if I go into the gateway page it shows all my devices.

Is that with the xFi app or the xFi web site?

Pipe2424, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Have you the rebooting your modem? Are you using an XB6?

Yes. Tried all the above.

OK. Have you tried performing a factory reset?
