Factory Reset xFi Pods

Factory Reset xFi Pods

My building recently moved to a new provider and they switched us before I had the chance to properly remove the xFi pods from my account. I would like to have them reset so a friend of mine can reuse them. I tried calling support but they couldn't provide me with any info.

How can I reset them?

Thanks for posting to the Xfinity Forums. By chance, have you tried resetting them using the xFi Web Portal? Once at this site, got to Network, then select Edit next to the Pods that you would like to remove, then select Remove Pod. Your friend should be able to activate them without any issues. If they're using an older version of the app they might run into an error. Using the latest version should let the friend activate them without any problem
