Errors Logging into Gateway

Hi. 

I've been trying to login to the gateway all day. Every username I try, including 'admin' as the username and 'password' as the password doesn't work. Whenever I try to login as an admin it gives me this error message. If anyone could help me out that would be great.

I can't see your picture; try again and be sure you are signed in to the Forum.

10.0.01 admin password has always woriked for me.

Give the gateway a factory reset by pressing and holding the recessed reset button for 30 secs. Use a pen tip (give it time to come back up). Then admin/password should work.

You will lose any settings and have to set things up again of course.
