Devices not showing up on xfi app

I know my phone is connected to the Wifi but it is not showing up on the Xfi app.

Do ANY devices show up in the app?

Hi Krystal110, if other devices show up as connected please remove the app from your equipment and add it back. This should clear up your issue, if you need further assistance please reach back out to me here.
