Data usage meter website not updating after 2 days or more it used to be almost instant. It is staying the same usage it was a few days ago. Yes, I watched movies, shows and download files. I have roku express+ (SD). Plus, I have a desktop computer.
Any ideas why its not recording the data usage or not showing the data usage?

I think comcast may have turned off the data monitoring, so they could do some repairs. I see it working again now. There is a lot of people with data usage that was extremely high even for their household. I even had that a couple of months ago but was fixed.
