I have been using the hotspot for over a month outside of the home until a couple of days ago it disconnected. When I tried to reconnect it says incorrect password repeatedly when I know for a fact the pw is correct. I have called Comcast everyday for the past 4 days the modem has been reset settings on the modem and my iPad have been reset or reconfigured. The device has been updated on powered off/on several times. I can connect to the hotspot via my phone using the same password. Please help this is frustrating even worse Comcast has no answers other than resetting my password over and over and then hanging up in my face.
