Cannot Log Into xFi

Cannot Log Into xFi

Ever since i moved, i have not been able to log into my xFI both in the browser or on the app. i have deleted the app several times and reinstalled. Evertime i sign in it shows the screen which i have attached a picture of:FireShot Capture 011 - Upgrade for This Experience - Xfinity xFi -


I am completely out of ideas on what could be going wrong. I have not changed my plan or anything like that

One option is to call Custoner Service 1800comcast.
