Can't Purchase xFi Pods

Can't Purchase xFi Pods

When I attempt to purchase xFi pods I get the message "It looks like this product isn't available for you to purchase right now. Please check back again soon."  I rent from Comcast an approved gateway.  Is there some other problem?  (I see others have complained about the same problem and have received private messages.)

Do you have an XB3 or XB6?
