Bedtime mode issue.

Bedtime mode issue.

My household profile enters bedtime mode each weekday night but there is no bedtime mode edit for me to turn it off. The bedtime mode is usually between the active timer and parental controls but there is nothing there. How do I edit the bedtime mode without the button.

@tim_3201 I'm sorry you are experiencing this issue. I would like to look into this. 

Can you please send me a Private Message with some of the MAC Addresses for devices in that profile? 

Do you have an idea of what time the bedtime mode typically takes effect?

Sorry. I haven't checked my messages. The problem is not resolved. It happens every night around 1am and doesn't wake up till 1pm. Multiple people have tried to help. One even said she edited the time but it happened again. Please help or I may choose to leave xfi.

Hi @tim_3201, I just tried clearing out those rules for you. Can you please monitor those devices and let me know if they continue to pause? 

If they do, please send me the following information via a private message and I can get this off to engineering for a look:

- Device MAC Address (an example of 1-2 of the paused devices is sufficient)

- The date/time you observe the device in a paused state

- Your experience with the device in it's paused state
