Bedtime doesn't work

Bedtime doesn't work

I have set bedtime for a number of devices from 12:30am-7am. I checked usage for these devices and shows high activity in past 24 hours until 4am. I tested with another device and it also can still access Netflix on Xbox one. In xfi app it shows the device in bedtime mode, have tried restarting both the modem and Xbox with no change.

I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.
