App never gets past Testing Connection

App never gets past Testing Connection

Just upgraded my modem with the xfinity xFi app, everything working fine except for the inability to access the modem from the xfinity xFi app post upgrade...just sits on Testing Connection from iPhone, Chrome, Edge and IE.

 

I have tried restarting the modem multiple times, connecting to 2.4 vs 5. Thinking about resetting modem to factory settings and starting over but that would be a pain.

 

Any thoughts?

It just came up...apparently it just takes awhile to sync.

Hello mojo4044. Glad to hear this finally starting working for you. There definitely is a syncing period where is won't work until the devices and our systems sync.
