Do you have the X1 system?
"Step 1: Press the menu button on your Xfinity TV remote twice. Step 2: Highlight the Parental Control option on the screen and then press OK. Step 3: After that, you can follow the on-screen instruction to set parental controls like hiding mature or adult titles, or block TV shows."

Re: Adult content

There is not a way to block specific sites through xFi, but if you have profiles setup in xFi you can enabled Parental Controls at the profile level. This will block content that is deemed inappropriate for all ages. Parental Controls will also enfore the follwing settings in Google, Bing and Youtube:

- Google SafeSerch = On

- Bing SafeSearch = Strict

- YouTube Restricted Mode = On

You can also turn on Protected Browsing in xFi if you do not have Advanced Security. Protected browsing will use the same level of filtering of content that is deemed inappropriate for all ages. It will not enforce the Google, Bing and YouTube settings above.

You can learn more about these features in the xFi FAQs here
