I am having an issue with live channels. I logged into my stream account and I’m only getting 5 channels. I tried logging out and back in from different phones but still only have 5 channels. What can be done to fix?
do you have at least one X1 set top box in your home (installed and working)? did you try a smart phone/tablet to test? use the xfinity my account app, TV tab, and link that shows your subscribed channels. does your regular lineup show up on that list?
