Streaming unavailable

Getting message 'Streaming unavailable at this time'  error code  ftde.xact.3321.1107296356

Am using Chrome since Firefox didn't work & chrome worked for months.

 

TV is out. So I'm using desktop.

 

Now NO TV.

 

I feel like Gilligan.

 

Any ideas?

tough to fix on weekends. call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to verify that the username that you are using is tied 'ONLY' to your current account number/address (not a previous address).

Hey, Steve345. Thank you for posting. There are a few things that can contribute to this problem, thanks for trying different browsers. I may need to disable and re-enable your username in order to synchronize the data for it on the back-end. Even though it's happening on more than one browser, please attempt to clear the cache and cookies on Chrome, close out of all tabs, restart your computer and then reattempt. Please let me know if the issue continues and whether or not it's still happening on all channels. Thank you.
