Recordings not showing on laptop

When I pull my list of recordings up on my TV, they all show. On my laptop, I go to My Recordings or For You and only three shows appear. There are only maybe 10 hours of recordings showing on my laptop, so it's not related to the 60-hour limit. I've tried all the other fixes mentioned in all the "Solved" versions of this in this forum and none work. I just recorded 15 hours worth of shows that I'm going to have to delete on my TV because I can't watch them on my laptop--which is where I do most of my watching. HELP!
