what OS (operating system) and version is the desk/laptop running? what browser are you using? did you try an up-to-date chrome browser and enable flash?

I did update Chrome and Flash
The browser is a new one called Brave but it runs on Chrome ?
the brave 'fork' may not have the sandboxed flash built in. use the actual chrome browser. be sure your dns settings (router? pc?) are set to comcast's dns servers.
