Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch

Every time I log in to stream from a browser on a PC, I recieve this message: "Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch"

 

This does not happen when I stream from the app on my phone.

 

If someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it.

call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix your username to point only to your current address/account.
