Deprovision all Xfinity Stream access

I recently moved to another house and changed my address with Xfinity. Since I moved, I no longer want to share my Xfinity Stream access with the people that I lived with but there's no way to deprovision them. I need your help to do this since the people that lived with me already have their own Xfinity service so they should figure out how to use their own Xfinity Stream access.

HI, @IrisV! I can definitely understand why you wouldn't want them accessing your information any longer. Have you already attempted to delete their profile on your account? It would be logging into the My Account section of the website, users and preferences and deleting their log in information from your account. Let me know if you have or haven't done that yet.

@ComcastStarr the thing is, I didn't know about creating the profiles so I just added my own username and password to the Xfinity Stream app on their devices. Changing password and using 2 step verification doesn't change a thing, I need your help to deprovision all connections as soon as possible. Please.
