"Upgrade for this Experience"

I just bought some Xfi Pods and am trying to access my Xfi App to add them and i keep getting this error message.   I just moved to this house from an apartment where i also had Xfinity,  but i was told by Xfinity customer service that they are not linked so that is not the issue?  though i think it might be,  all of my equipment is brand new.   Maybe my UID and comcast email need to be reassigned or something?  I read that on another forum...
