"Restricted Section" screen during bill pay

Anytime I try to pay my bill using my Xfinity My Account app, I get a "Restricted Section" screen. Anyone know how to help? Thanks!

Can you access it with a web browser?

@LauraG93  I'm having the same issue. Did you get a solution? y account was set up just 3 days ago and I have my first bill to be paid in 2 days.
