Hi

It seems like there are some problem with my app, when I sign in I got this 

I am not sure why, it has been for a week or longer

that might be a question for the billing department. did you look at the username on the set top box under the menu. say 'my account details' and select account details. compare that username to the one you are signing in with. secondary usernames can be added with or without account access.
