devices show offline on My account app AND Xfinity website under status center-But they are up!
I have already read the article on this from a previous person and it did not answer the question. ever since the other day when Xfinity laid Fiber in my area and took the service down for a few hours, I am not able to see most of my devices as online using the my account app or the status center on the website. It shows them as offline, however, the service is working fine at my home. Interent works good, TV ok (After having to reboot boxes), and voice works. Once again, this occurred after Xfinity di the construction/fiber laying in my area. Should i be concerned? I asked that you guy do not randomly reboot my equipment unless I am on the phone with a person or I do it at my leisure. This has already been done to troubleshoot this issue anyhow. Please advise
