cannot access my account app

I cannot access the My Account app.  I am able to log into the online version, but not the mobile app.   The app signs me in, but goes no further.  Screenshot attached...

is it working today? if not, call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to verify that the username that you are using is authorized to use the myaccount app (may be tied to another previous account/address).

Were you able to sign into the mobile app? Was it a one day glitch. Curious...
