account app restart feature

the account app will not restart Comcast gateway...getting an " error processing your request"  same error using 2 different phones.  The app restart feature was working until just recently

I just had an issue with my XB6 gateway speedtest and I called 1800comcast - internet and the agent saw an issue and reset my gateway and my speedtest returned to normal.


I am not a Comcast employee; I am just a customer, volunteering my time to help other customers here in the Forums.

Thanks...I'll call but the gateway signal appears ok most of the time...It's just that the phone app will not process a restart (like it did in the past).
