Xfinity My Account does not work for me, and never will!
I have eight accounts. I have two phone numbers. Thus, I am not able to use Xfinity My Account. When I receive emails, I only receive them for one of the eight accounts (not sure which accounts because it does not show the address or account number of the account).
This is stupid and I become angry every time I receive those stupid "use you My Account App" emails.
Comcast (Xfinity) has the most antiquated computer system, I am sure! Has anyone else run across this, and have they been able to find someone at Xfinity who has light behind their eyes and can fix it? I have not had luck. I have been a customer for over a decade. They won't give me a business account because each house has a different address.
