Whenever I load my Xfinity My Account app on my iphone, I get an error message that says "You are logged in but we are unable to access your account details. Would you like to try again?" I click try again and the same message appears. I click sign out and sign back in and I get the same message. I have tried restarting my mobile device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and nothing seems to work. I am extremely frustrated with this. I can log onto the website, but can't do anything on their either. I need someone to please look into why the app isn't working.
