Unable to login using the Xfinity My Account app on my iPhone 8 Plus. However, able to login using Firefox on my laptop. MFA is activated. When attempting to login using the app: ID and PW is submitted, 6 digit code is texted to phone, code is entered and submitted, and then get "The username or password you entered was incorrect. Please try again". App is up to date. Any idea why?
