Xfinity My Account App

The app does not show usage stats anymore it did for may and June but quit after that I have none for July or August fix this please I need to know so I don't go over the limit of 1TB that you guys so desperately need

My iPhone7 app shows it under XFINITY Internet.

I have also used the website it gives me the same readings seems that it is either not showing my usage or somehow it is not being used which is obviously not true as I am a gamer and need my internet as well as I work remotely from home because I am in IT this should not be an issue but of course with Xfinity it is.
