Will not let me sign in.

I recently closed an account and opened another one, to take advantage of a price bundle. But now it will not let me sign in with the app. I can sign in online but not the app. Any help would be much appreciated, i loved the simplicity of the app and being able to pay my bill on here.

Is the app using the same usnername/password for the online access?
