Website has unknown error for last several days

For the last several days I have attempted to sign-in using Firefox so that I can pay my bill.  But after giving my user name and password as usual then instead of working it gives me "error="unsupported_response_type", error_description="Unsupported response types: [none]"

 

What's up with this?  My bill is due soon and I cannot get in to pay it as I have been doing each month for a long time now.

It might be an issue with your browser cache causing the log-in issue.  Try clearing out your cookies/cache to see if that lets you login or you can try a different browser to sign-in.  

 

Here is a link that will guide you on how to clear out your browser cache.  Be advised though clearing the cache usually will require you to sign back into accounts you have signed into previously and saved.

Figured it out- I had bookmarked the link to the xfinity site. Some issue with that...

 

Resolved by navigating to xfinity's website, going to the login page, logging in with my credentials, and boom.
