We are having some trouble connecting to My Account

We continue to receive the message "We are having some trouble connecting to My Account" BUT can get webmail, open a chat, etc. We have rebooted both iMac and PC's, used IE, Safari, Chrome, Firefox and can't get the page to load. It accepts the login info, but after 15 seconds the above message appears. We cleared cache and temp files to no avail. Thoughts?

your post is in the mobile apps section, not the web-page stream app section. are you using a smart device or a PC (desk/laptop)? if portable there are apps available.
